Wizards are a staple in not only the RPG genre of gaming but the whole concept of gaming itself. You have magic based FPS’s, fantasy RTS’s and many other genres where wizards are an important part of the gameplay or even just the story. Even sci-fi has wizards such as biotics in the Mass Effect universe!
I’m talking about wizards because I am curious about what you all may think is the greatest, coolest or just most interesting magic based character in all of gaming. Will it be the gaming adaptation of Tolkien’s Gandalf, the Asari of the Mass Effect universe or maybe it’s a certain character from the Elder Scrolls series! Any one of these will do and I am very interested to hear what you all have to say about this.
