Uhh… I think you’ll find it’s name is the Mega Drive, fools

It seems as though the SNES Classic will have some competition when it comes out later this year. Recently announced by the classic games company AtGames is two new ‘Flashback’ plug and play consoles for the Sega Genesis (Mega Drive in the UK) and the Atari 2600.

These system will include the same things as the SNES classic, with games already pre-loaded onto the consoles though these seem to have a much larger game count, with the Atari having over 120 games on the system! They also boast to have a pause and rewind system for all of the games, which may sound a bit too much like an emulator but really it just makes playing these classic games a lot easier.

They will be coming out later in the year for $80 each so I guess it will be up to you all which one of these seem the most interesting to you, if any of them do at all! That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
