I wanted to talk about a bit of a strange issue, broken games. Now I’m not talking about games like the PC version of Arkham Knight which was a proper game that just so happened to not be optimized well I’m talking about a full game that is complete nonsense and is almost utterly unplayable. Games like the legendary Air Control as seen above have become famous not because of their great gameplay or innovations but instead for just how strange and shockingly bad they are.
Many people actually like these type of games as they are so broken that they are hilarious. Think the so-bad it’s good mindset of movies like Birdemic. However what people need to realise is that these games are actually being sold for real money and people were gullible enough to buy it. There is no excuse for bad game design so I would say just think of these games as weird side projects that someone has made and NEVER EVER spend money on them. If they are free then go ahead feel free to download and enjoy their horribleness.
