It’s been a tough few years for CD Projekt Red with their biggest project, Cyberpunk 2077 being a huge flop on release it’s no surprise to see that barely anyone talks about the game much currently. This may however change as in a recent livestream the company announced the reveal of the first full expansion to the game known as ‘Phantom Liberty’.
The reveal trailer didn’t tell us too much aside from the fact that we would be playing as main character V once again, that Johnny Silverhand, the digital rocker/terrorist in V’s head, would be making a return and that it would involve something about the ‘New’ United States of America. Overall it’s qutie mysterious and with a release date being simply next year and no announcement if this would even be a paid expansion or free content it’s all surrounded by unknowns. Considering the track record of this project, I would maybe hold off until we get some more answers.
