Metacritic, the online scoring site that helps to categorise and rank review scores by both ciritcs and the public, have recently put out a list showing the highest ranked publishers of the last year and wouldn’t you know it the number one publisher turned out to be Sega of all companies.
This is generally believed to be due to the high reception for several PC ports of games such as Persona 4: Golden and Yakuza: Like a Dragon alongside the generally positive reception to the continued support of both the DLC and new titles in the Total War series. I guess Sega are just content to help produce and support relatively successful titles without getting involved in any major controversies recently which is exactly how a big company should aim to operate. Let’s see if they can keep it up for the next year too.
That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
