It’s rather funny how Re-Logic, creators of Terraria, stated that after their ‘Final Update’ that they were finished with the game and yet here we are with yet another new addition to the game, I guess final doesn’t mean as much as it used to.
Well it’s not exactly a new fature but it’s a heavily requested one that was planned to eventually come to the game, Steam Workshop support! Terraria has a very active modding scene and as such being able to now host all the content on Steam’s servers is a massive boon to the community and will mean a long and continued existence far after the official end of support. Here’s to you Terraria community, I look forward to seeing what incredible mods you end up creating from this.
