Valve has had to update the Steam VR software due to players in VR seemingly going faster than humanly possible according to their own calculations.
Players who are complete experts in the VR game Beat Saber (basically Guitar Hero with lightsabers) are so good at the game that the tracking software for Valve’s software mistakenly thoughts that the game was bugged rather than their hands simply being too fast. It’s funny to see that such a massive tech company still doubts the limitations of the human body and what truly dedicated people with too much free time are capable of.
The software update has already been sent out so expect to see even crazier attempts by madmen online to break the speed of sound while playing Dragonforce using lightsabers, that’s certainly a video I would watch. That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
