Yacht Club Games, creators of Shovel Knight, finally have a full release date for their next big game, Mina the Hollower, a top-down pixel art dungeon crawler RPG similar to that of old Zelda games. It was originally slated for release in 2023 but after delays and the Pandemic being a pain for the devs it was delayed and nobody knew when it was planned to actually come out. Now we finally have a release date, and it’s not too long! May 29th, only a few weeks away now!
Now whilst Top-Down dungeon crawlers aren’t really something I jump at the opportunity to play, and this certainly will feel very different to Shovel Knight, I have the utmost faith in Yacht Club Games as they’re work is almost always a great mark of quality. We shall see how this truly pans out closer to release, but rest assured I’m sure this will have been worth the wait. That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
