CD Projekt Red Director Exit

Serious topid expression

Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, director of The Witcher 3 and second director of Cyberpunk 2077 has reportedly resigned from CD Projekt Red and left the company entirely following a slew of accusations of workplace bullying and an internal investigation which concluded as being non conclusive to the bullying accusations.

Despite the ‘clear name’ Conrad technically had following the results of the investigation he decided nonetheless to leave the company stating that he felt as though a lot of people felt as though they had a large amount of stress, anxiety and fear when working with him and as such he was “Sorry for all the bad blood” that he had caused. With this statement and the slew of accounts taken from employees giving quotes and recounts of working within the company anonymously it can be assumed then that this internal investigation didn’t really do that much digging and was essentially just an industry fresh slate to ensure Konrad could continue to work in gaming. He claims as though he is going to try and do his best to improve his behaviour and if this is indeed the case then I wish him the best of luck in doing so. Now just to deal with the rest of the corruption within the company.

That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
