Of all game series to be looking at getting a new TV series I must say I didn’t expect it to be Atomfall. For those that don’t remember, this was the Fallout-like survival RPG Shooter set in alt history Britain that was an enjoyable enough experience, but nothing that really set the world on fire. It seems however that it was successful enough that it’s been snapped up for a TV adaptation, though if it’s just retelling the events of the game or is a completely new story set in the world we don’t know at present. All we do know is that it’s being produced by British TV Production company ‘Two Brothers’ and the game devs, Rebellion, are being involved in the creation. It’s all a bit odd, but then again British television did create one of the best post-apocalyptic films of all time, so this may very well be a match made in heaven. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how it turns out.
