An Early Infinite

Flag. Taken.

Speaking of big news from last week while I was away, yeah Halo Infinite’s multiplayer was released early, what a shocker!

Halo Infinite is now technically a fully released game although the actual release in December is still planned to go ahead with that being the campaign’s time to shine but otherwise we have ourselves a new Halo multiplayer, woohoo!

Having played it myself I must say I am certainly enjoying myself, The game feels smoother, it looks great and is an awful load of fun in just the moment to moment gameplay. I will say however that the lack of map variety and weapons at the moment and the lack of additional features and game modes definitely makes this feel more like a Beta than anything else so for the full release I certainly hope that more stuff is added so that I don’t get tired of playing the same maps and modes over and over. I also think they should make the new grappling hook equipment a permanent item to be usable at all times as it is very much the coolest and most fun item in the game to use. The first time I hijacked an enemy aircraft by hooking onto it from the ground, man that wave of excitement still hasn’t left me. I’m certainly looking forward to seeing how the full game release goes, let’s just hope they don’t mess it up!

That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
