I have been suckered in to start another Skyrim playthrough however this time I am utilising a new set of mods to make the playthrough interesting including a huge gameplay overhaul to the magic system known as Odin. This got me thinking about just how diverse the game can be when modded properly and can give you an incredible amount of hours of extra content or replay value just by trying out the right mods and that a lot of games can also fall into this scenario too.
Modding a playthrough of a game can make it feel like an entirely different experience at times and this really helps to bring you back in to try out more. Lots of other games also can do this such as Total War, Minecraft, Fallout and the list goes on and on. It really shows just how important a modding scene is to the longevity of a game and that the fans ultimately are the ones that will keep these titles going even if the original developers have long stopped caring.
So my curious question to you all is what mods of games do you choose to really shake up your playthroughs and would recommend to other players? Let us know in the comments! That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
