The Last of Us HBO

Video game adaptations to shows have been very hit or miss over the past few years. Halo was alright, the resident evil adaptation was trash but many people are now claiming the absolute best has been met, and after seeing it myself I must say I might find myself agreeing with them.

The Last of Us on HBO has been a fantastic show thus far. The episodes are faithful to the game while also providing extra bits and pieces of lore to help flesh out the world further, the emotional scenes have hit just right and the most recent episode in particular is one of the best TV episodes I have ever seen. To say the show is great is an understatement and if you can I would recommend checking it out. Even if you don’t know anything about The Last of Us I can almost guarantee you will find yourself enjoying this show.
