Getting back into Skyrim was partly due to wanting to experience a single mod, one that has shaken the foundation of other mods in the genre and will most likely be heralded as one of the best ever released for Skyrim, “Bruma”.
This amazing mod basically brings northern Cyrodiil from Oblivion and allows you to travel to the province, specifically around the northern city of Bruma and the surrounding Jerall Mountains. I haven’t quite started the mod yet (I’m not of a high enough level quite yet) but when I do I look forward to seeing what the mod team have in store for me. The craziest thing however is that this is simply one small part of a bigger mod, Beyond Skyrim. This massive effort wants to bring all of the continent of Tamriel into the game of Skyrim giving you hundreds of hours of extra content and lands to explore. I just hope that they finish this effort before Elder Scrolls 6 comes out.
