It’s funny how things turn out isn’t it? I was JUST talking about the new DLC for Total War: Warhammer 3 and how CA just revealed the third lord for the DLC. Apparently Sega, their publisher, was so excited at this stream that they released a cool piece of promotional art for the DLC on their website. What a fun idea… hey who is that on the end there?
Yeah cat’s out of the bag it turns out. In the funniest way possible, Thanquol, the most anticipated and beloved Skaven Lord was revealed to be the fourth lord of the DLC through a marketing screw-up, classic Thanquol. He is known for continuously failing upwards, so if anything this is in character. It’s just such a shame that CA were not able to keep the surprise for their final stream, but it is what it is I suppose. This is shaping up to be the biggest and most stacked DLC ever released for the game, so you can bet this will sell well. I just wonder what units the ratty boy will come with…
