It’s been a long time but the Sony exclusive Ratchet and Clank series is finally getting a PC port for the latest game in the series, Rift Apart. The port is set to come out on the 26th July and will feature not just the full main game but also will come with many unlocked graphical and performance features such as Ray Tracing and widescreen support as well as all the exclusive armor types from the digital deluxe edition.
This is all very good to hear, and it’s nice to know that finally this series is getting a chance to be experienced by a PC crowd. Personally I haven’t played any of the later games but I have a soft spot in my heart for the original PS2 games and as such perhaps if this does well Sony will look into doing a ‘Remastered’ edition of those games for PC. That would instantly grab my attention that’s for sure. Hopefully this also means more Sony exclusive games will soon be coming to PC, Bloodborne fans are waiting in anticipation…
That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
