There are quite a few things being announced at Gamescom, but for the moment I just want to talk about one of the games I am most excited for, Marvel Rivals got an announcement of not just 2 new heros, Captain America and The Winter Soldier, not just an announcement that all heroes will be available to play for free (YES!) but that the game would also be releasing on December 6th of this year, not too long away it seems!
With all these announcements you can bet that my excitement is through the roof now that I now the game won’t be walling content away for microtransactions. My guess is that it will be for cosmetics only, which is fine by me as the amount of credits I was able to get while playing the beta seemed pretty fair. I suppose we can only see at launch, but you can bet I’m excited about the new heroes and an actual release date. December can’t come soon enough!
