Greetings once again! I am back and here to talk about video games, let’s go!
Something I always love is finding a new game that I’ve heard very little about but seems exactly like the type of game I’d enjoy. This is of course what has happened here with a lovely looking indie game known as ‘Restless Soul’.
The game is about you playing as a ghost in the afterlife who is trying to make his way back to the land of the living. It touts itself as being a bullet hell game but I’d say it’s more like a narrative based lite-rpg with bullet hell elements and a very distinct art style. It really reminds me of those 3D conversions of the first Pokemon Games with the blocky architecture and sepia-aesthetics that really speaks to me. The game currently has a demo available on it’s page on Steam and is set to come out later this year.
