In a surprising turn of events it seems that Sony has finally started their transition into the PC market with the reveal that one of their premier titles for the PS4, the modern day God of War, is finally coming to Steam on January 22nd 2022 after much speculation.
This version of the game will of course come with the base title itself but will also feature several digital upgrades including 4K and Widescreen support as well as additional ‘Digital Skins’ to add as cosmetic upgrades to several of the weapons and armor available for Kratos to wear.
It’s nice to finally see Sony make the big jump to Steam with such a flagship title and this gives me a large amount of hope that alongside this and other big PC ports we will finally see a PC release of Persona 5 which is a game I have wanted to play for a very long time. I can only hope that Platinum and Sony will not dissapoint.
