Bethesda’s Game Pass Contributions

Now just imagine… the dragonborn… in a suit of power armor!

Some more good news with regards to the Xbox Game Pass. With the recent confirmation that Microsoft have officially acquired Zenimax and as such with them they have also acquired Bethesda Game Studios it was no surprise that both Fallout 4 and Skyrim: Special Edition are now planned to come to the Game Pass service with hints from the Microsoft Store that they are planned to release very soon.

These are some of the best RPG experiences you can have in the modern gaming industry and so being able to access them for free is an absolute no brainer if you own the Game Pass and due to both of these titles coming with all their DLC too there will be plenty for you to sink your teeth into. An interesting question however has been asked by many; will third-party mod support such as Nexus Mods be compatible with the Game Pass versions of these titles? The modding scene is the main reason why the games are still played heavily today and being stuck with only the ‘creation club’ content would be a terrible shame as that would heavily focus players down the microtransaction fueled mod scene which is absolutely not the way you should experience modding in Bethesda RPG games. I suppose we will just have to wait and see what happens, hopefully this will end up being good news.

That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
