If you’ve ever taken public transport in your life then you know it can be a… strange experience. That’s why Double Fine, now released from the clutches of Microsoft, decided to capture that experience in ‘Thank You Bus Driver’ which is coming out very soon, October 14th.
This is the first game the studio had made since going independent and it really seems to capture the charm of a now indie studio. You play as a bus driver, Crazy Taxi style, who must navigate around town, read maps, pick up passengers and calm down rowdy passengers all simultaneously, sounds like a typical day on the job!
It also has a cute art style which brings to mind the paper library sections of Psychonauts 2, which I greatly appreciate. If this kind of silly, smaller game seems interesting to you then be sure to wishlist it here. That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
