It’s been a while since we had a terrible game remaster come up into the popular limelight, so here we go again with another! Recently the big remaster and re-release of the first Star Wars Battlefront games, dear games to me that I played in my childhood, came out and, surprise surprise, they’re terrible. Not only are the games floaty, buggy and made with bizzare changes to the original but the multiplayer features don’t even work properly.
Get this, a game that is well know for large scale multiplayer battles, only is showing 3 64 person multiplayer servers. For an audience of well over 10,000. Now the developers have stated that this is only because the other servers aren’t showing up, but still this is very funny and very sad to see. It appears as though this series is now forever cursed with controversy and bad design decisions, what a far cry from the games I loved from back in the PS2 days.
