If you all remember my review of ‘Scorn’ back in the day you will note that while I found it visually striking I didn’t enjoy the gameplay all too much. Well it might seem strange but another completely different indie company have decided to create a game in a very similar vain, a first person exploration game set in a strange and in many ways gross world styled after a famous artist, this time being Zdzisław Beksiński. This game is called ‘Necrophosis’ and is set to come out hopefully later this year.
It’s almost comical how similar of a concept these studios ended up having but here we are. The world certainly does look striking and I’m hoping that the gamplay will be a bit more enjoyable than Scorn. I guess we will just have to wait and see! You can check out the game on its Steam page here. That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
