It seems as though Rockstar weren’t the only ones who were subject to a big leak recently as Activision/Blizzard just had 40 minutes of alpha gameplay from Diablo 4 leak onto the internet, though not in the same way as the bigger leak recently.
This leak comes from seemingly a private discord chat in which someone is showing off gameplay to someone else as you can hear discord notifications in the background and voice chat has been edited to hide the identities of those in the call. The gameplay shown off is fairly standard stuff with a few placeholder graphics and mainly it just shows the scale of the open-world which is a cool difference from the other games.
While this isn’t anywhere near as devastating as Rockstar’s big news leak it’s still funny to see just how some information can make it to the public in unintended ways and I for one am always happy to see new gameplay come out for games I’m interested in so this is all very good news for me.
