With all the exciting E3 news that happened last week I forgot to talk about a huge game release which has got me extremely excited. The original PS2 game Destroy All Humans is getting a remake for all modern consoles and most excitingly also for PC.
This will mark the first time the game series has been on PC so I am over the moon as I adore the original game. In case you don’t know the premise you play as an alien who is sent down to Earth to find a missing clone of him and cause as much chaos and destruction as possible. The original was a strange mix of open world and mission-based gameplay and the remake looks to be trying to be as faithful to the original as possible. One major change however shown off is the movement system which will allow you to use your jetpack as a dodge and boost alongside being able to use weapons and mind powers while flying. This leads to a much faster gameplay style and I really like the look of it. I can’t wait for it to come out next year and relive my memories of this extremely silly but fun game.
