The creator of Stardew Valley, Eric Barone, has teased that he plans to release a small update to the game that will add a few nice additions such as better mod support and additional dialogue options.
The update itself won’t be too big, certainly not as big as it’s previous 1.5 update, but it’s enough that he had to pause development on his next game, Haunted Chocolatier, to make it so that sounds like some nice extras to me! It’s crazy to think that all these years later Eric is still releasing extra content to Stardew Valley despite it already being an absolutely worthile experience. It just shows to me that when Haunted Chocolatier comes around it will also be a beloved and well supported game. Farming sims man… they seem to have some of the most passionate developers.
