Anticipation is a scary thing in the gaming circle, especially when it comes to speculation or unreleased content. A few days ago a new Overwatch hero was teased and last night everyone waited for the release of a trailer for them, unfortunately they were left with nothing. Anticipation can be used to great effect to help hype up a game release, or it can ruin a release.
Personally I was one of the few who were stuck refreshing the reddit page over and over just waiting for something to happen only to have my dreams dashed. It’s a shame as now that there is no information I don’t find myself that excited for the announcement anymore, especially when all the released information made it seem as though something should have happened. Still I will probably be proved wrong today and the next post will be on the new hero, so I look forward to that!
