VR really is a spectacular thing when you experience it for the first time. A friend of mine recently tested out a basic Samsung Gear that I own and he was blown away by the entire experience which is extremely interesting considering it boils down to just being a phone screen being projected to your face. Imagine what he will feel when he tries out an HTC Vive.
That’s the thing however there’s no real way to describe to people how VR is like. It really is something that has to be experienced rather than told to fully understand the possibilities it brings. While I still am a while away from getting a full VR headset the day I do I will be sure to show other people just so that they know what it truly feels like to be immersed and to experience a brand new world projected entirely from the computer screen into their mind.
