If you will forgive me for a moment, I’d like to rant. Have you ever had the experience where you thought you might want to set up a piece of hardware that has been sitting in a cupboard for a while just because you wanted to experience it again? How about getting all the pieces out, all the ports/plug sockets prepared on your machine and are just about to set things up, only to find out you are missing one small insignificant piece of tech that means you can’t set something up even after putting all that effort in? Well that’s how I feel with the #&*$£@?# Vive Link Box!
I looked all over my home, in my cupboards, in my boxes, I even checked the bloody basement and still no sign of it. I’ll be keeping an eye out for a few more days but this may just be something I need to purchase again. What is absolutely infuriating however is that I packed all my VR equipment together in a single box while redecorating the house so as to ensure that nothing went missing and yet here we are with the most useless and pointless bit of the entire kit that has mysteriously vanished and yet it means I can’t set up my VR kit at all. How infuriating!
