The First Ever Game I Helped Make!

Look at that little robot go!

Edinburgh Global Game Jam is over and it was a hell of a weekend. A lot of coding, a lot of ideas being thrown around and a lot of interesting games made! I was very glad to have been invovled in the process and while my contributions were not as much as other team members I’m glad to have still helped.

I worked on two projects this year and while the second one isn’t quite ready to share yet the first is indeed here and ready! It’s called M.A.S.S and is a 2D platformer where instead of jumping you press the ‘E’ key to swap gravity allowing you to walk on the roof!

Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to implement checkpoints so at the moment it’s a bit of a rage game but regardless I hope you enjoy your time with it! Check it out at the link here:

Just download the Rar down near the bottom of the page, extract the files and play the “ggj22.exe” file. Oh also, your antivirus will probably flag it as a threat, just make an exception for the .exe file and it should be fine. I will be interested to see if anyone enjoys playing it in the comments so be sure to let me know! That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
