And the award for the most obvious title of the year goes to… me! Yeah I finished Baldur’s Gate 3 and really enjoyed it. It’s a rare thing for me to get near the end of a playthrough of a game and think to myself how I’m really looking forward to trying it out again with a new playthrough immediately after finishing. It’s like I just know I want to experience more, and if a game sets that up, then it’s a good game.
Right now I’m trying out a modded playthrough that brings the camera all the way down making it feel like a third-person RPG! The fact that the game not only sustains this but makes it feel as though it’s an intended feature is crazy to me. I just hope I can continue to play more of this over the month. All in wait for Lords of the End Times…
