More developments in the sad story of Telltale and their former developers. An ex-employee has made a class action lawsuit against the company stating that they required to give at least 60 days notice of termination in accordance with Californian law.
This lawsuit could very well cost the gaming company the last trickle of money they still have, especially if most of the other former employees decide to back up this action. I’m all for it though as letting almost all your employees go without any kind of severance leaving them hung and dry struggling to make ends meet until the end of the month is just about the worst way you could go about ending your company and your legacy.
