I feel like I’ve been through this rigmarole before, but here we are again with another rumoured announcement (though this one with a bit more meat) that we will be getting a handheld Xbox device. This one actually comes directly from Microsoft as they tell us that they are doing experiments on possible handheld devices, though it would appear as though the design is more around those portable PC’s that try to imitate the design of the Steam Deck, so whether this will end up being an actual product or just a test for something bigger we don’t know. All we know is that they have said they hope to have something by 2027, so keep your watches timed I guess. Until then, maybe just look at getting the Game Pass on a Steam Deck, it probably does the same thing.
