Creative Assembly have been hard at work trying to make up for the shambles that was the release of the second piece of big DLC content for Total War: Warhammer 3, Shadows of Change. They recently revealed in a blog post that they would be doing an update to the DLC to give it more content, thus making it more worthy of the price tag they gave it originally.
So far they have only revealed the new units for Cathay which includes a new giant terracotta sentinel hero unit with magnificent wings and a bow, a cool new bird unit and plenty more. They will reveal the other faction’s new units over the coming weeks and they hope to have this new content added to the DLC within this month, though that’s subject to change (hehe).
It’s nice to see the devs make up for their past mistakes, but the important thing will be if they continue to make them in the future. As such for the next piece of DLC, Thrones of Decay, a lot of critical eyes will be on it to see if the company decide to take the piss once more. Hopefully that doesn’t end up being the case.
