It’s certainly on form for Garry Newman, creator of Gmod, to reveal the full release date of his next game project on April Fools day, let alone doing so via a SteamDB update, typical Garry.
Regardless, we have an actual release date now! 28th April, so not that far away now. S&box, if you weren’t aware, is essentially a sequel to Gmod being a full creation game that his studio, Facepunch Studios, hope will be the next location for a fully-moddable creation game that focuses entirely on user generated content. I for one will of course be checking it out when it comes out, so be prepared to see plenty of new content coming out at the end of this month.
