I didn’t ever expect Atomfall to actually get more than one DLC, but here we are! The next installment in the story of Atomfall is ‘The Red Strain’ which will have something to do with a strange plant-like viral infection and of course giant robot cyborgs with brains, very War of the Worlds-esque.
This new DLC will be coming out soon, September 16th, and will of course come with a new area for this as well as new weapons and equipment. Honestly I’m quite impressed that Rebellion are still so active on maintaining and supporting this game, they must really like it, so for all the big fans of the game now you have your chance to fight a brain in a jar on legs, just like any good sci-fi should be!
