So, in a pretty huge event for Fantasy fans, we may finally have hard evidence that an Oblivion remaster is coming out, and according to some, it may be out sooner than we think! Thanks to some sleuths who were looking at the projects page of one Virtuos Games, a company with a history of remasters before, they found several screenshots from what looks like a trailer, and indeed one of which you see above indicates that this may very well be the long rumoured Oblivion remaster that people have been talking about for ages.
The screenshots all look gorgeous, and I’m really curious to see how the game will actually play rather than just how it will look. Even more interesting though are several journalists claiming that they have heard rumours the game is shadow-dropping next week! Now, I’m a pretty hopeful guy, but even I don’t really believe that to be true. One of the biggest remasters of the past few years suddenly getting released out of nowhere seems insane, but I guess we will just have to wait until next week to see if the devs and publishers are truly that mad. I guess this IS the game where you visit the god of madness, so anything is possible! Until then, I await the inevitable trailer dropm god I can’t wait.
