Alongside the big announcement for Total War: Warhammer 3 last week we also got a glimpse at the future of hsistorical Total War, that’s right, Total War: Medieval 3 is indeed finally confirmed to be in development.
Now that’s not to say it’s coming out anytime soon, it’s currently in a pre-production phase. So if you know of The Elder Scrolls 6, it’s basically like that, no gameplay, no concrete design ethos, just a new engine, new game and the fact it’s another in the Medieval franchise. Regardless, this is enough to make historical fans very excited, and hopefully this will prove to be an excellent entry that reminds people why the Total War series is one of the most beloved collection of games for historians.
