The memes can end now, Silksong is real. After many years of eagerly awaiting the sequel/spin-off of the beloved indie classic Hollow Knight developers Team Cherry have finally revealed the final release date through the above trailer, and it’s coming out very soon!
September 4th is the date, so just next week, a huge sigh of relief for all those who have been waiting for this game. In truth, while I have played the original Hollow Knight, I never actually finished it, and I don’t know what it was that made me put it down. I absolutely did enjoy my time with the game, I guess just other things got in the way. Perhaps I’ll take another stab at it soon in celebration so that I too can share in the extreme excitement fans are currently experiencing. Well done on holding out Silksong fans, you can rest now.
