I’ve talked before about warriors and barbarians, different variations of big man with big stick hitting people real hard, but I never honed in on the specific of the Berserker archetype/class. Now to be fair, it’s pretty similar to the previously mentioned big scary stick-hitters, however the usual difference is that berserkers focus their abilities on enhancing their rage-states during combat, the angrier they are the stronger they become. think of it like Hulk-logic, being too angry to die. I adore playing as these types of characters as frequently they can become some of the strongest melee fighters in their respective games, usually at the cost of being more vulnerable to damage than other types of fighters. Still, there’s nothing quite like the sight of an angry individual diving headfirst into a group of enemies with nothing more than frothing rage and a big hitting stick or claws by their side.
