Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 recently came out and, well, it’s been receiving quite the kicking in the reviews. Buggy gameplay, janky animations, lack of features and generally just a poorer game than its original, classic entry people are certainly not happy. The writing was kind of on the wall for this one as the game notoriously has been in development hell for the better part of a decade and has been passed around, delayed and just generally lost so much passion and talent for what should have been an excellent sequel.
I’m calling it now, this will be the ‘bad game that everyone talks about and mocks’ for the next wee while, and I’ll be all the more happy kicking it while it’s down. I just mostly feel sorry for fans of the universe, getting something like this to try and satiate their bloodlust must really suck (I am not sorry for these puns).
