The Nintendo Switch has seen great success over the year, much to my surprise. I honestly anticipated that the Switch’s gimmick of being a portable and home console would lead to technical problems and the downfall of the system however with the great quality of games released on the platform it certainly has beaten the odds.
One thing that decides the success of a console however is the third party support, something that the Wii U didn’t do so well. However with the announcement of five new games for the platform from third party developers next year the future is looking bright.
The first two announced are the horror indie Outlast and it’s sequel Outlast 2. The switch doesn’t really have a good horror outing so this will be a welcome addition. The other three are the original two Bayonetta games and the recently announced third entry in the series, which is rumoured to be an exclusive game. All I will say is congratulations on the part of the Switch team, keep up the good games.
That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
