So the Rainbow Six Siege open beta starts today and I am sure everyone is excited for it. This game while I haven’t actively been following it has seemed like a really cool concept to me. The asymmetric gameplay and focus on co-op really reminded me of Left 4 dead but obviously this is placed within a set-piece scenario making each level seem really cool and cinematic. The game boasts that it has fully destructible environments and so if that’s the case it could make for some really cool moments and this will probably become the next big multiplayer thing alongside COD. I like how the Tom Clancy developers have taken this franchise as they really needed something to differentiate themselves from modern military shooters and I think this very well may be the thing. I might partake in the Beta, who know, depends if I can tear myself away from Fallout.
