We finally have a reveal of Elden Ring’s DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree. We got a full gameplay trailer which showed off a bunch of interesting things. We got to see that this DLC, as predicated by many, will centre around the missing god Miquella and may have something to do with dreams.
It will feature a brand new open-world space known as the ‘Land of Shadows’ and will, of course, come with new weapons, armor, spells, bosses and so much more. It also comes with a larger price tag, $40, which is pretty expensive for a DLC. However, considering From Soft’s previous DLC for souls-like games this is more indicative of it being an extremely large expansion rather than it being a price point to rip us off. As such I simply can’t wait for this DLC, and luckily I won’t have to wait for long! The DLC is set to come out on June 21st so mark your calendars Tarnished, we’re going to save the land, again, probably…
