Those graphics man! Top of the line!
Those graphics man! Top of the line!

After 24 years a secret unfinished SNES copy of Rayman has finally been found by the developer after initially losing the in progress copy. The game seemed to be very similar to the original however it was said that the game supported local co-op for up to 2 players and ran better than the original Rayman did before.

Perhaps these changes (if this game was ever released) would have made the Rayman franchise quite different. Nintendo might have supported Rayman games more during his early years and co-op might have become a staple to the franchise. With the new Rayman games returning back to the original platforming days it’s nice to see a developer rediscover a piece of hard work, even if it was something that was never shown to the public.

So what do you all think of this? Do you think the game will be released as a ROM online and do you think it will affect the Rayman franchise at all? Be sure to let us all know on the site or via social media! That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
