Rocky Start

Well then… that looks normal…

So it’s not even been a full week since the Nintendo Switch was released to the public and already many people are encountering technical issues with the device. Not only are people getting dead pixels and complete screen failures, such as the one you see above, but many users are also reporting the dock causing scratches or marks on the portable screen, connection issues with the controllers and even sound issues causing huge amounts of ear piercing noise.

The device has had a bit of a difficult start to put it very lightly. Not only are consumers not satisfied with the lack of a diverse game library and lack of incentives for the online features but with these technical issues now causing headaches for many users I predict a big backlash to the device when it is talked about by Nintendo in the future. Still let’s hope that patches and updates will fix most of these issues, and that Nintendo can at least run effective damage control on the situation. I don’t want to say I told you all so for not buying this device at launch but…

That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
