Sometimes it feels good to be wrong. Literally not too long after I finished writing my post about Blizzard not releasing a new hero they come along and do it anyway, guess I should have had the patience to wait a little longer.
This new hero is of course Orisa! Built by Efi, the star child mechanic I mentioned before, it’s based off an old defence robot model and was given both a personality matrix and a primary function, to protect. From what I can tell about Orisa’s gameplay mechanics it seems to be a mix of Reinhardt, Zarya and with a little bit of Bastion thrown in making it a good medium range, high damage and damage soaking tank. I personally cannot wait to try it out, and when I get the opportunity to jump onto the test servers that’s the first thing I will be doing! Now just to wait for Doomfist…
