Gaming world lore is one of the most fascinating things about video games to me. I love watching videos in which the lore of a game is explained, debated or even discovered. It helps to flesh out the idea that the world you are playing in is in fact alive and when you are not playing it continues on without you.
Maybe that’s one of the reasons why I love playing games so much. It gives me the opportunity to be a hero or a villain in this brand new world. It doesn’t matter in this life that I’m just an average joe writing for his gaming website, in the world of Skyrim I am the Dragonborn who will save the world!
I also love characters that are integral to the world itself. The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series are of course the worlds that I know most about however what do you all think?
