When people think of old school shooters many would talk about the big names in the industry such as Doom or Quake but many others might consider discussing the outlying series known as Serious Sam. Well those people may now rejoice as a brand new entry in the series, Serious Sam 4, has been officially revealed and looks as fun as ever.
The developers claim that they are keeping the same run and gun gameplay style from the original games and are only changing things by scaling everything up with more enemies, more guns and more environments. They also claimed that due to new technology they would be able to render “thousands and thousands” of enemies at once, so that’s exciting.The game is set to come out this August so look forward to that retro shooter fans!
