What you are seeing above is an image sent to the EU trademarking association from nintendo so that they can keep the trademarked design that they originally created. What this means for us is most likely as many people predicted Nintendo will be continuing the trend of plug ‘m play classic consoles by adding the N64 to their collection.
Now I must admit the idea of a N64 Classic is far more enticing to me than the other classics they released. Not only are the games far more substantial but I feel as though the added multiplayer elements that various N64 games had (such as Mario Party 2) would work well for an easy to start and transport small console such as this. I may very well keep an eye on this however I should hope that Nintendo will price this appropriately and they won’t fall victim to console shortages like they have from the previous times they have done this.
